I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "I have never stayed in a place like this - it was so unique! Walking along the pier to the cabin is a treat. Lots of unique fish and colorful plants. And it is even better at night. We saw sea stars, neons, angel fish, barracuda, and a lot more. The cabin itself is both rustic and comfortable, which is hard to do. The two balconies offer amazing views of the bay. You can easily walk to a couple of places on the isthmus. It's about a 20 minute walk to the heart of Bocas town, or an easy cab ride that should cost about $1 per person.The staff were extremely nice. We enjoyed this very much."

"There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "

"Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day). I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202. in summary stay away from rooms near or around rooms 202 and 203."
