The property itself is BEAUTIFUL and steps away from everything in the heart of Downtown Galveston. We have never been to Galveston during off peak season. Do understand that there is traffic noise from the road in front when sitting on the balcony but it makes for some free entertainment while watching all of the different vehicles and people moving around. 「Our family came to Galveston as a Christmas present to the kids instead of doing a bunch of gifts. The Mermaid Lookout more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Great view, clean, spacious and a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay at the Mermaid Lookout again! 10/10 would recommend. 」
