Front desk was very helpful and had a ton of info about the city. Hotel is a bit away from downtown but there is a bus stop just outside that will take you anywhere you need. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Nice big TVs!

It was a bit of a walk to the city center but easy to get to. The staff were very friendly but the smells they use to make it "smell nice" when you first walk in give you an instant headache and they're so overwhelming. We had our windows and balcony door open for our entire stay as it was very cheap smelling and felt like they were trying to cover things up. They were lovely and kept our bags for us for a few hours behind the desk on the day of checkout and were very nice but they smell and older vibes were not my fav, to be it as honestly as I can.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and booked three rooms for several days. The hotel is beautiful, well located for walking or using public transportation, and very quiet. I highly recommend the excellent breakfast. The only downside to my experience was the lack of flexibility when I had to leave a night early. Despite spending over €4,000, the hotel declined to offer any credit or refund for the unused night, which was disappointing.

Correct, but I would not rate it as a 4-star hotel

The hotel is correct, but we would not rate it as 4 star hotel. The best is clearly the breakfast, very complete. The aircon in the room didn´t reach a comfortable temperature, the lift is small and very slow, and the room is quite basic for a 4 star hotel. Location is good because it is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the city center.

Staff at check in and check out were kind and helpful. Be aware, there is no shuttle to airport and depending the time of the day tax or Uber can cost over €40. If you don’t have bags, there is the option of walking about 500m to a bus stop, it costs €4 and works pretty well. It is an okay hotel, but doesn’t look like a four stars hotel, two or maybe three would make more sense.
