“Well the Hotel was closed. I had to look it up on the website, find a phone number and call the owner. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake in the sunset. The sun went down and we ended up in ordinary rooms at a doll hotel with veer bad breakfast. “It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience.……

"房間乾淨，設備完善，雖然是有歷史的旅館，但是空間維護很好，洗髮精沐浴露香皂是Nuxe跟電視。 工作人員友善，又願意幫忙。非常滿意。 在纜車站下車後，同樣一張車票可以在90分鐘內搭公車，Line A在教堂下車後，沿著左側教堂，有一個樓梯可以直接到達旅館。google map的路線則是會繞一圈。"
