“I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. “Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. ”
