“Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.”

“What a beautiful hotel whilst staying in Benidorm Old Town. Staff were amazing, Pina colda cocktail were the best I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel smelt amazing, staff couldn't do enough for you. 10/10”
