「Will never go back. Elevator not working. No room service food. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom smells horrible.」

「The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it.」

「The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.」

「The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area.」

「More cleaning esp the bathroom」

「They did not clean daily no fresh towels room service was excellent bathroom sink drain leaked Hidden charges cash only it’s not paid with Expedia」
