With both our large Resort Pool and tranquil Quiet Pool, relaxation is all but guaranteed! Fancy a workout? Unit was nicely decorated, clean and well kept. The MBR matress was ok but could use an update. The property was well located for our purposes but small ; did have two decent sized pools. The gym was small but ok( used Planet Fitness on Bonita Beach Road instead). Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Loved the condo, village, and Bonita Springs and beaches!

We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. Bonita Village was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Condo was very comfortable and well stocked. I loved the parking under the building which allowed the car to remain cool in the summer sun and heat, and not impacted by rain for packing, unpacking, or coming and going.

Overall good experience.

Property was clean and as advertised. The one complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was way past the time for replacement. Way too soft and you needed to hold the edge to prevent rolling into the middle. We rebooked property for next year with the belief that the property manager can convince the owner to replace the mattress.

Lovely Bonita Village

This is the first time I’ve been to Florida and staying here was wonderful. The condo was super clean and very inviting. We had fun swimming in the pools, using the gym, playing pool, and Bonita Beach is only a mile down the road ! The ladies who run it are super kind and very helpful with all my questions. The man who runs the grounds is a gentleman and came promptly when I needed help. All the grounds are clean and the location feels very safe. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Southwest Florida. Thanks everyone !! :)

Loved it

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and we have it reserved 2 more times. We had a minor problem with a hair dryer and the staff replaced it immediately. Everything else about our stay was perfect. Great location for us, nice pools. The covered parking is great during the afternoon rains. Looking forward to our next visit in September.

Amazing condo and view.

We had an amazing vacation at this Condo! This is our second time in the community renting for a few weeks and I have to say we cannot wait to come back. Everything is clean neat. The condo was extremely organized and the cleaning service was amazing before we came . The only suggestion I have is maybe it’s time for some new carpet the carpet is clean there’s just many stains and I think that with some new carpet this rental would even be better. We cannot wait to come back to this rental and enjoy the Florida sun again.

Vacation in the year of the plague

We really enjoyed our stay in building 4. The access to the quiet pool was very convenient, and it was almost as close to go to the larger pool and the Island House. The shuttle was a nice feature because the public parking lots filled up by around 11:00 each morning while the beaches were still open. The unit is very nicely decorated and furnished. The king mattress was softer than we were used to but that is usually the case. The outside lights in the hallway kept the bedroom brighter than we liked but there's nothing that the owner can do about that. The staff was courteous and helpful in this stressful time, and the grounds and pools are very well maintained. After this season (2020) and the new construction is completed Bonita Village is going to be a much bigger and different place.

Great place to stay

I traveled to Bonita Springs with my wife and two teenage daughters. We found our condo at Bonita Village to be very clean and spacious. We really liked the décor and the amenities the village provided. Our condo was off the smaller of the two pools at the complex, but we liked cause it was quieter on that side. It was an easy walk to get to the big pool and other amenities. The staff at Bonita Village were great and helped us with anything we needed. We would definitely book another stay.
