The 3rd Bedroom is actually an office space with a French door entry, set to provide all you need to work remotely, along with custom cabinets that open up the Full (Double) sized Murphy Bed.
For everyone's comfort, the home showcases central air conditioning, custom lighting and ceiling fans in all the rooms, a Laundry Room with a full sized Washer and Dryer and a spacious Garage. All the floors are newly installed tile and vinyl wood planking. The Bonita Pool House, with its beautifully landscaped lot, sits in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to 41, shops, restaurants, both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and all that Naples and Bonita Springs have to offer. After a day full of adventure, head for your new getaway headquarters, the Bonita Pool House, where the furnishings are comfortable and the amenities are modern.
