Welcome to our piece of paradise located in Bonita Shores, a highly sought after friendly quiet neighborhood about 1 mile from the beach. A morning at the beach, an afternoon in the pool and sunset back at the beach, truly paradise.
This Bonita Springs house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, all having king size beds. The enchanting property features 2 bathrooms with amenities like a hair dryer and shower. With AC, iron, heating, and more provided, guests will have everything they need for a pleasant stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
This wonderful home features a screened lanai with a large dining table to enjoy your meals. There is a smart TV to use your personal log-ins and free wireless internet, as well as a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. This is a smoke free house with Self Check-in.
You can rent bikes, kayaks, and book various outdoor tours at Ebb N Flow which is located a few blocks from the house. Located behind Doc's Beach House on Bonita Beach is Bonita Jet Ski & Parasail offering numerous beach activities and water sports for all ages.
We are minutes away from Bonita, Barefoot, and Vanderbilt Beaches, Lovers Key and Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. A short walk to several great restaurants and ice cream shops! We are conveniently located to many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers, Coconut Point shopping center, The Promenade at Bonita Bay, Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero and Waterside premier shopping and dining in Naples. The Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is a short 20 minute drive away from the house or 2 hours to the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
