This spacious, sunny 3BD, 2BA single level house is located in a quiet community, surrounded by a luscious golf courses, 15 min away from the famous Bonita Beach and Big Hickory Island, just a few blocks away from The Wonder Gardens Zoo.

Enjoy nearby activities: Boat Rentals at Bonita Bay Marina, Concert series at the Riverside Park or visiting Happehatchee Center and Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, famous Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets.

Southwest Florida International Airport is a short drive away.
Centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers makes it easy to visit both.

The house was very comfortable and in a very good location. The host was responsive and answered in a timely way when we had questions. There was an issue with the pool due to the recent cold weather and she was very open to being helpful and dealing with the situation. I recommend this place for sure!

Great location and set up!

We stayed for 3 short nights while in town for a wedding. The house layout was great! The beds were very comfy! And the beach was right down the road 15 mins! We had a great time
