Bonita spring holiday
Me and my wife had a great stay here. Newly opened pool just outside and steps across the street to the beach was perfect. Tons of restaurant options within 5 minute drive. Some walking distance. Would definitely like to come back again soon

Great location…
All I can say is great location…view and proximity to beach were wonderful. Two restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was sufficient for short stay. Probably wouldn’t come back. Major update/upgrade needed. Kitchen and bathroom were fine but everything else in need of update. Linens were old and towels were well worn . The slider curtain was broken and notified management upon arrival but they did not acknowledge. Several reviews mention slider curtain being broken and management response was that it I was fixed…clearly not fixed. AC worked well but very loud making it difficult to sleep. Outdoor furniture again sufficient but should be updated to taller seats as the best part of the condo was the view and the current seats are right in viewline. I’m sure the condo will be beautiful once complete, tough timing for us to come during construction. Hated seeing rat traps on every corner, pool set to open the day we were leaving…

This condo is in a perfect location! We loved being able to walk across the street and walk down the beach each morning. Being to stop in at Doc’s for a breakfast sandwich was an added bonus.We also appreciated having the folding chairs for the beach, thank you. I only gave this 4 stars because there is considerable outside damage from the hurricanes. Not your fault but it isn’t “pretty”. There is a lot of landscaping etc in progress, including waiting for the inspection of the filled pools! I knew ahead of time that they may not be ready yet, but seeing filled pools and not being to use them was frustrating. I’m sure that when it is all complete it will be lovely. Again the studio condo was perfect, it is just the outside.

Winter Escapr
Property as described. Clean and comfortable. We loved the walking distance location to the beach. It was especially nice to have the use of beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. Quick responses from owner. We would definitely stay here again.
