Nice little unit
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. My only complaint was that there was no dishwasher. The neighborhood was just meh, but close enough to many attractions. Great communication with the property manager!

Coffee maker , toaster were broke fixed the next day, kitchen sink stopped up the entire stay. No wash clothes for 4 people. I called and no one even responded. Would not recommend this rental company

Mostly okay
Owner was responsive and answered questions promptly. Check-in was easy and smooth. Some things could have been better. Biggest issue relates to privacy. There was a large window in the back which had no drapes or blinds, and it had a direct view into the kitchen and dining area [making it undesirable to get a cup of coffee in the morning without getting fully dressed first]. The feeling of lack of privacy was accentuated by he fact that the occupants of the other two units had there entrances in the back; and the trash cans were directly under in front of the window, so every time someone from another unit put out the trash they could not help but get a view right into our living space. The clothes dryer did not work despite trying different settings at 40 minutes each.
