“My overall experience at this hotel was wonderful. The atmosphere was charming, intimate and welcoming. The room was confortable and clean . The Staff specially "Elouise" was attentive , warm and friendly. The hotel's unique character offered a much more personal experience than a typical large one.”

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“A good apartment for business or travel”

“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July……

“Good for sleeping only and if you’re not staying in the hotel much ”

“The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.”

“Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.”

“Open concept ”

“The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season……
