「This condo was great for what my family needed. Best part was it came with a boat slip making exploring Lake Pend Oreille super convenient. We ended up parking our boat trailer at a friend’s house tho. The location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. We spent most of our days & evening out on the lake so no AC wasn’t a big deal & it cools down nicely at night. 」

「This was a group of guys for work they were doing work there in sandpoint. The place was great just the hot water wouldn’t keep up at all after work they had to wait an hour between showers that’s all they 」

「I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!」

「We loved the stay! Excellent communication, clean and the community is fantastic! Private lake community access and pool! The lake access is definitely only for older kids/adults as it’s deep but there is a sandy area that out smaller child played in. Minutes from other lake beaches that are very nice. We will definitely stay again! The only thing is the listing shows AC but it is only one bedroom and a stand alone style unit. 」

「The Purple Condo is cozy and cute. The well-appointed kitchen made my chef roomies very happy. Great location to ski Schweitzer. The village shuttle only runs on weekends but can see the Gateway parking lot from the condo and can usually get a spot if arrive by 8:15. It's just a bit too far and hilly to walk in ski boots.Buffy was very responsive through the entire rental process and when we discovered a broken shower head and shovel on our first evening, she was there to replace both within 24...
