“This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed. On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend.”

“The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The front desk guy takes 5 minutes or more to get there to help. My room wasn’t ready on time, so I had to wait an hour. There was a guy shaving his beard in the hallway. Overall, would stay somewhere else next time.”
