“Ac was good staff friendly”

“Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. ”

“It was nice having free hot breakfast every morning, the staff was nice and friendly and I had a good night's sleep. The only downside was the first day that we were to have our room serviced, it didn't happen and I ended up changing my own linen. We informed management at the front desk and they did accommodate us with extra points for the inconvenience. Beyond that, the room was a little smaller than expected, but overall, we had a decent stay.”

“The hotel is excellent from every aspect, cleanliness, amenities, condition of the fixtures ,and most important the customer service I got from the receptionist Brittany,she was very helpful,polite, and kept asking me if I needed anything . I've had a perfect first I impression because of her , unfortunately when wasn't on duty , things were kind of as they should be . First issue when my room was scheduled for cleaning , the cleaning lady didn't leave any handsoap, hand towels or toilet……

“The a/c was ok and cooled the room over night. There were little ants in the bathroom and the hot water didnt work when I guess others were using it. The gentleman working the desk was very helpful and super sweet. Overall it was not a bad experience. I really liked there were 3 beds. ”

“From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital room. Overall no major complaints outside of the light bulbs.”

“Yes The bedroom window needs to have a night shade or curtain of some type to have total darkness from the exterior lights . ”

“The property is in a great location near the Interstate, Restaurants, and Shopping. The room AC needed repairs as at times, the room was very uncomfortable. The hallway felt cooler.”

“No breakfast at all.... bed was about 5 years old and worn out, mattressunt in terrible. ”

“Very kind front desk staff . Breakfast was perfect and stocked well and quickly replenished . Parking was easy and we were able to walk to a few restaurants and stores . Mikes Tavern was in walking distance and had a great happy hour . Will stay here again if on business ”
