“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise……

“The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner. Shortly after returning that night we noticed that the vent was blowing cold air and realized that the furnace wasn’t working, kind of an issue as it was the……

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located -just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket, and the marina. The host was fantastic, always quick to respond and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! ”

“The property was just as advertised. We only used the property to sleep and shower so all I can say is the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. An added bonus (for us, anyway) was that one evening while we were there, the neighbors a few houses down were on the porch. They were playing a banjo, bass, guitar, and some other instruments and singing. It was like our own little concert. May not be everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it.”

“This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach……
