“Our stay at Theo’s Saddle Ridge Lodge was excellent! The property was exactly as described and then some! The house was exceptionally clean, the rooms and furnishings were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bunk room with rock climbing wall and slide was a HUGE hit with our grandchildren. They actually enjoyed “going to their room” for quiet time -LOL The downstairs TV/game room was an added treat. We did not use the hot tub as it was VERY hot and humid the week we stayed. But we……

“Stayed with a large group over a long weekend while playing at Big Cedar. This house was fantastic. Location was about 15 minute drive to all Big Cedar courses, 50 minutes from Springfield. Each room was comfortable and all bathrooms were clean and supplied. Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks wonderful and there is a jacuzzi as well. Just an excellent property that we would absolutely stay again. Plenty of parking available. Check in was contactless……

“Pros: The house location was in a peaceful setting and with a great deck and a nice lake view. Large driveway for parking several cars. Also nicely located to attractions and shopping. Large fridge and extras like multiple coffee pots and crock pot. No oven mitts found though and only a couple dish towels. Would bring if planning to cook at home. Large space for oversized group to enjoy time together. Nice fireplace for heat and atmosphere. Couple nice walk in showers and nice pool table……

“Great, clean home. The staff quickly handled the only issue that came up and it was resolved quickly. There was plenty of TP and paper towels. If you have a large group, you may want to request extra towels. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as there was a small amount of “2 in 1” shampoo/conditioner and bar soap. The grill didn’t function properly, not an issue for us but definitely double check early if you plan to grill out. All in all, was a great home for our stay and we’d definitely……

“This was truly an amazing stay. My family drove 7 hours for our first cabin trip and we didn’t want to leave. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, the land, the lake. Oh and the cabin had so many things stocked up especially the kitchen. It’s definitely a favorite and will be booking again.”

“Perfect! Only small issue is the water heater in the main level is shared with downstairs so you run out of hot water very fast. Upstairs is on its own and we never ran out. ”
