Misty Mountain Manor is a 4BR/4BA luxury mountain home in the exclusive Linville Ridge development. Located just minutes away from the charming town of Banner Elk, there is easy access to fine restaurants, a quaint downtown filled with local shops, and necessities such as grocery stores and gas stations. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is 7 minutes away and a year-round source of adventure. In the winter, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and ice skating are favorites. During the summer months, you can ride the chairlift to access fantastic mountain biking and hiking trails for all experience levels. Banner Elk Winery and Villa is another exciting attraction, with award-winning wines and a laid-back atmosphere to enjoy with your family and four-legged friends. The towns of Boone, Blowing Rock, and Beech Mountain are all under 30 minutes away from Misty Mountain Manor, providing a central location for the entire High Country.

Spacious vaulted ceilings, warm tongue-and-groove details, and abundant natural light from the many windows create an inviting ambiance for the open main living area. The living room focus is a rock accent wall with a wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Open to the living room is the updated chef's kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a six-burner stove, and a specialty ice maker are all amenities that are sure to be enjoyed. There is seating for eight (8) at the main dining table, with six (6) additional chairs at the bar and eight (8) at the outdoor dining table. Beside the kitchen is a pool table, with seating and office space.

The home has four (4) luxurious bedroom suites with private, full bathrooms. The master king bedroom has a flat-screen TV, access to the deck, and a striking tongue-and-groove ceiling. The master bathroom, equipped with a jetted tub overlooking the wooded outdoor surroundings, has a tiled, walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, and double vanities with granite countertops. The second king bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a love seat for additional seating, and the ensuite bathroom has a tiled combination tub and shower. The third queen bedroom is a golf-themed room with a flat-screen TV, and the private bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

Please Note: Due to new Linville Ridge restrictions, beginning January 1, 2024, this home has a 30-night minimum stay required from May 1st through October 31st and a 7-night minimum stay from November 1st through April 30th of the year.
