The property was clean and good location. The room was up to date kitchen and bath. Very large and roomy. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dishes etc. But the a/c unit was loud with whining running a hiss. Bottom floor room really loud sound when upper room flushed toilet. And had to turn 3 light switches on at same time to get entrance / kitchen light on. Parking sucked, too close together. And the main entrance was not visibly marked when u arrived.

Brand new hotel. Excellent customer service. Very comfortable beds. Marriott employee, Emily Cook, went above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends.

The staff were friendly. Property was clean. The rooms had a kitchen that met our needs. The mountain views were awesome and you can see them from the indoor pool, even if your room doesn't have a mountain view.

The rooms were much more spacious than I expected. The were very clean, pet-friendly and the staff was very helpful. I left a few items in a drawer and called to see if they had been found. They had and are in the process of getting them back to me. We will definitely stay here again.

Great customer service, Ground keeper old man he take care of public area very well . Too many lights in hallway you can easily get tan, that many this Town place suites has . And it say’s eco friendly I don’t see it .

Flashing strobe light on smoke detector kept us up all night. Front desk told us its in all rooms Management has been aware and nothing done. DO NOT STAY.. sorry to say 1st time for me..

Check in with third party was difficult. She said we might be double billed. Card to pool didn’t open door…she said known issue. Pool tile is super slick…my child fell twice on it and hit his head.

Upscale Boone Hotel

Upscale hotel for the Boone area, which is always overpriced regardless of where you stay. The room was large, had a full-size refrigerator and even a two-burner oven. Bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the walk-in shower. The thermostat on the wall actually works, so you don't have to go over to the heater/AC to control the temperature. The closet was nice sized and provided shelves in addition to hangers. I will stay at this hotel in the future. The only negative comment I have has nothing to do with the hotel, but with the Hotels.com rewards. I selected to use one of my free reward nights, which brought my total down to $69; however, I was charged the full amount of the room. I expect Hotels.com to credit me back the difference between what I was quoted and what I ended up paying.

The front desk attendants were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was typical of a breakfast on the go, good to have available. The room was nice and comfortable. This was my first time to use Expedia, and I will definitely use it from now on.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks recently renovated and is very clean. The room was comfortable, although the TV was mounted on the side wall instead of in front of the beds, which wasn’t ideal. We reserved a two-queen bedroom, and the beds were spotless with good mattresses and great pillows. The bathroom looked new and had a nice shower, and the kitchen area was also very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant two-night stay. Aside from the TV location, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again.
