“My friends and I stayed over the weekend for an event in the area. Everything in the house is perfectly tuned for a visitors stay. I've stayed in numerous places before that are missing key items (silverware, toilet paper, blankets, etc.) and this place had it all. Would stay here again, I would love to stay here in the winter! We had 8 guests and paid extra but I do think it should be a little more clear that there are technically only though beds to sleep 6-7 depending on guests partners.”

“This property is very special. The house is beautifully updated and decorated and very comfortable including the beds. There was a good amount of space for us, 2 kids and a Nanny. Being able to see horses outside the kitchen window was my dream come true! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a tour of their property. We were there to spend time with family and attend a family wedding in Leesburg. The drive was about 20 minutes long. The area is beautiful and worth the drive. We……

“Beautiful area with great hiking trails, Shenandoah National Park about an hour away. Harper’s Ferry offered nice trails, shops, eateries and loads of history.”

“Very nice old farmhouse in a quiet and relaxing setting. Large grassy and wooded section to the front of the house that featured deer & turkeys. The house was cozy & comfortable & had everything we needed to relax after a day of sightseeing in Gettysburg.”

“The farmhouse is beautifully restored as the listing says. Tons is nice little touches and great overall ambiance. Kids (ages 9-17) loved the top floor kid pad. Adults enjoyed spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was well appointed. I took a morning run and very much enjoyed the countryside view. Love how remote it is! Would definitely book again.”
