“This is our 2nd stay at the "Cape Cod". The house is quiet, clean, and modern. Heather is very responsive. The Middletown location provided us with convenient access for our outings to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, MD and Frederick.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and beautiful view of the water that you can walk down to. Friendly neighbors. We did not use the kitchen. There is everything you'd need if you want to cook. Also a grill available outside. As others stated, very clean. Owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thoughtful owners also had extras in case you forget something or two or three :-) Lots to do in the adjacent areas within a short drive.……

“The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!”
