「We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." After getting check in taken care of and getting to our room, the floor was completely soaked. From the front carpet to the tile in the bathroom. It was late enough...

「Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore.」

「The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.」

「There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities.」

「Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk.」

「My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!」

「This was a nice friendly location not far from holiday world. There’s a Dennys restaurant, Wendy’s, and two gas stations close by for convenience」

「The room was nice beds were new and comfortable the only down side of the stay is the showers have zero water pressure」

「The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day.」
