“This house is more gorgeous than its pictures show -- huge and amazing views of the ocean and sun from morning til night. Exceeded expectations on that front! On the other hand, there were were problems with doors that didn't open to the outer decks and cobwebs that were sort of baffling. “We spent 3 nights. Long time girlfriends meeting up with our sons to just enjoy the beauty of the Sea Ranch. The house was just what we expected and the views were just as advertised. The house is nestled on the hillside with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the wildlife. Deer grazing casually and the resident turkeys that hung around. They didn’t seemed bothered by us at all and we loved watching them. We also enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace after returning home from all the amazing hikes……

“We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. “The location, beach access and view from home was amazing! The home was decently stocked, but some needs some small improvements. The faucet in the shower needs replaced & the sink is rickety in the bathroom. There were ant bait traps all over the home, and we saw a few ants. The main concern is the entrance to the home. It’s not really the grade of the driveway, but the blind entrance onto HWY 1. The shrubs should be removed and a mirror added for better vision. We had to use my 16 year old……
