“The property and home were very charming, lovely views from every room of the tawny late November marsh landscape. Recent renovations provided creature comforts, and getting out to explore in-town Bath or out to Reid was a short car ride away. Accessibility for older family was great with the single level and low entry thresholds. Tina was great for communicating with- our best wishes!”

“My group of retired ladies certainly enjoyed our stay at this charming New England cottage. It was one of the most well-stocked locations we've stayed with ample paper goods supplied, even shampoo in the showers. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. We found the location central to activities we'd planned. We liked that it was right on the river that had a high and low tide. We'd definitely recommend this house and host.”

“Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa.”

“The property was everything we wished and more. The description did not do it justice. Some of the things the description did not mention are privacy. The property is remote. It is spread out and you dont see or hear neighbors. Perfect if you bring a dog. The studio building mentioned is beautiful. There are three beds but also a deck over the water. Perfect place for sunset cocktails. It was a great surprise. The views are carzy beautiful. There wasnt a moment someone was not in one of the……

“Great house in the heart of Boothbay Harbor. This house has a lovely great room for lounging, really comfortable bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms. Three adults stayed for a holiday weekend in December to go to Gardens Aglow. I would stay here again. Everything was easy to use. The street is quiet. Generously sized space.”
