“This restored hotel is lovely. It had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. It is historic...so know that. Small shower, low lighting. Looks like original door hardware. It does have an elevator. There is a restaurant on site but was disappointing. Museum on site which held so much information about the dam. It is walkable to so much. The downside for me is it is close to bars so there was loud music in the evening/night.”

“Worst hotel ever. Staff are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. We will never go to a Ramada hotel again. And we will let everyone we know about this filthy place and their extremely terrible staff. And they hold onto your deposit forever....won't release it when you check out and they charge your card for the room. We are still waiting after 8 days. Showing as "pending". The "manager" -"Wendy" is the worst. No wonder her staff are so rude if she is training them in "hospitality" and 'customer……

Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue.
They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money.

“The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep.
