Great location and View!

Great location and nice view. Bedroom doesn't face the street, so you don't hear any noise at night. Kitchen equipped with spices and coffee. Check in was confusing. We were put in touch with Sandra who needed to know when we would be arriving so she could greet us. I told her between 4:30pm-5pm. Unfortunately, due to a delay, we didn't get to the apartment (and get a data connection to respond to her) by 5:07pm. Even though it was just a few minutes late, she said that because we were late, we would have to wait till 8pm to check in with her. When we finally checked in, check in was rushed and only in French. As French isn't our first language, it was hard to understand. At midnight on our first night, the breaker switch started making a loud noise and woke us up. Although I fixed it, I messaged Sandra to let her know of the issue. She responded in the morning and told me not to message her that late again. The next day, the breaker switch went off again at midnight. Despite the inconveniences, it was still a nice stay as it was in a great area. Just be aware that the unit is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator.

A la llegada al alojamiento, y en la calle, se nos hizo pagar una fianza de 250 eur, sin previo aviso. El apartamento está ubicado en la última planta del edificio, calor sofocante, imposible dormir. No hay aire acondicionado. NO RECOMENDAMOS ESTE ALOJAMIENTO.

Quand nous arrivons dans l’appartement, tout semble très bien, cependant nous avons vite compris qu’il y avait du cache misère. Les joints de la douche sont moisis, associés à une forte odeur de renfermé. De plus, le canapé lit est totalement déchiré et le « cuir » se décompose. Sinon bon emplacement !

Great Location

This apartment is exactly as show in the pictures, the location was perfect as we were on a short stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets as 4 of us were staying. The kitchen is provided with some coffee and seasonings. The property was clean and the only negative was that there was a bad smell coming from the shower room, so the water facilities may need to be checked. Everything else was great.

Bonne situation,

L'appartement est bien situé Bien équipé Le bémol c'est les odeurs dans la salle de bain Tous les parkings sont payants autour et hors de prix. 82€ pour 3 jours et demie. Les personnels sont sympathiques par texto et lors de la remise des clefs. L'appartement n'est pas indiqué sur l'interphone on se demande si on est au bon endroit.

SOURIS DANS L'APPARTEMENT !

Les + : Appartement bien situé, salon plutôt spacieux. Personnel réactif à l'accueil (malgré un quiproquo sur l'heure d'arrivée) et plutôt sympathique. Salle de bain propre. Mais gâché par les "-" ci-dessous... Les - : Le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons vu passer une souris dans l'appartement. Nous avons essayé de contacter le responsable ainsi que l'agence presque tous les jours, mais n'avons à ce jour toujours aucune réponse concernant le dédommagement. Appartement au dernier étage sans ascenseur. En pleine canicule, le dernier étage est un vrai four. Les fenêtres du salon donnent directement sur l'appartement des voisins d'en face. Nous étions 3 et sommes restées 5 jours, or nous n'avons eu qu'un petit pot de gel douche et un autre de shampooing à nous partager pour tout le séjour. Certains équipements sont vieux, les épices / huiles / les fonds de sachets de sucre sont pour la plupart périmés depuis longtemps.

Chaleur insoutenable dans l'appartement

L'atout de cet appartement est sa situation géographique au cœur du vieux Bordeaux. C'est un grand appartement lumineux et agréable mais situé sous les toits et la chaleur y est insoutenable. Pour y remédier l'installation d'une climatisation ou tout simplement 2 simples ventilateurs 1 dans le salon et 1 dans la chambre suffirait. Je devais y passer 3 nuits mais la chaleur infernale m'ayant tenu éveillée les 2 premières nuits, épuisée j'ai préfèré abréger mon séjour et ne pas y passer la dernière nuit pourtant réglée. Je doute de la propreté de l'alèse du matelas (nombreuses tâches) de la chambre, une alèse jetable aurait été préférable.

Très déçu aucun confort ... je m en foutisme par excellences

Pas de disponibilité pour l accueil aucune explication quant à l utilisation des appareils ménagers. Pas de lave linge Clefs perdues il a fallu attendre 18h pour rentrer dans l appartement puis une seule clef pour les trois personnes prévues Pas de drap Pas de linge de maison type torchons ni sopalin ni papier toilette Quatre serviettes de toilette pour une semaine et trois personnes Pas de produit ménager pour la vaisselle ou ménage Pas une bouteille d eau disponible ... placard vide Un radiateur posé à terre descellé du mur Pas de rideau où stores... on vit avec les voisins d en face Très très bruyant même fenêtre fermée . Ayant l habitude de venir à bordeaux je n’en reviendrai plus il,y a d autre location aussi bien placée et bien plus agréable où vivre .... très déçu pour le prix ... non recommandé

Una vacanza rovinata

La prima impressione positiva, appartamento centrale e accoglienza da parte di una receptionist gentile e puntuale, si è spenta appena abbiamo aperto il portone di entrata. Androne sporco, mal tenuto e maleodorante a causa dei bidoni della spazzatura piazzati al suo interno. I tre piani a piedi previsti e non faticosi, ma con una scala anch'essa un problema, con gli scalini sbrecciati e pericolosi, sporca e con oggetti vecchi e polverosi lasciati sui pianerottoli, in special modo sul pianerottolo davanti all'appartamento. L'appartamento in sè ha spazi gestibili per quattro persone, ma è assolutamente poco curato nei dettagli e consegnato con un livello di pulizia molto approssimato. Il tentativo di rimediare con una ripassata immediata è finito prima di iniziare: materiale da pulizia insufficiente, spugnette e pannetti da brivido. Camera da letto spartana, con stand a vista , poche grucce da lavanderia, lampadina centrale non funzionante. Bagno con doccia dotato solo di un contenitore smezzato di bagnoschiuma-shampoo gel. Biancheria da letto e da bagno senza infamia e senza lode. WC angosciante, con aereatore guasto. Ferro da stiro inesistente anche se presente nelle dotazioni ... ma a questo la receptionist rimedia, ne troviamo uno nuovo,il giorno dopo sul tavolo della cucina. Nel soggiorno elemento del riscaldamento divelto e lasciato lì penzolante. Ci adattiamo e trascorriamo le nostre giornate in giro cercando di non farci rovinare questi giorni di relax che ci siamo ritagliati!Ma ... la terza notte dalla fessura tra il frigo e il pavimento (parquet molto consunto e con i listoni sconnessi e i divisori sfilacciati) fa capolino un ospite indesiderato: un topo, che la sera dopo, l'ultima, troviamo morto in mezzo alla stanza!Ok veramente vacanza rovinata! non vediamo l'ora di partire!!! Non è etico che un'organizzazione come Séjourneur offra locazioni così scadenti: i turisti sono persone che viaggiano con i loro sogni, non solo clienti da spennare!

Magnífico apartamento en el centro de Burdeos

El apartamento está muy bien situado en pleno centro de la ciudad y es cómodo y muy luminoso. Sin embargo no he puesto cinco estrellas por algunos detalles como la limpieza que podría ser mejorable así como el hecho de que no hubiera papel higiénico suficiente o útiles para el fregado de la vajilla. Como digo son detalles que sugiero a la propiedad que subsane pues podría llegarse fácilmente a las 5 estrellas.
