This is a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. It’s so close to the central part of the river, near restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street with hardly any traffic. The apartment itself is lovely, with beautiful high ceilings, comfy beds and overall a really comfortable, spacious place!

Great place to stay; need to install a masterlock for a smoother checkin and checkout.

Check-in complicated as no one was available for our arrival at 6pm. We had to agree beforehand where the cleaner should leave the keys. Very inconvenient as we had to make 2 trips back and forth to retrieve the keys. And we had a 7pm meeting. The owner should consider installing a Masterlock. Same thing for check out. No one was available for a 9am Saturday checkout. We were told to leave the keys inside snd simply close tje door. We felt highly uncomfortable because the apartment is absolutely beautiful and it would be easy for someone to enter and rob the furnishings. Howeywe did what we were told to do. Other than an uncomfortable checkin and checkout the apt is terrific and we would definitely stay there agsin.

3 Week Stay in Bordeaux

We had rented the 2nd floor Vassily with a small balcony but were shown to the 3rd floor Vincent (no balcony). We were told there was a mix-up on the booking site and that the unit we rented was currently taken. Nit-picks: the soft furniture was uncomfortably deep for my small wife and the chairs at the dining table were hard (literally) to sit on for extended periods so we sat on pillows while at the table. We could hear a crying child for a couple days from downstairs (Vassily) but being on the top floor we had no upstairs neighbors. Apart from the unit mix-up and these small issues, the place was great. Very quiet street especially considering the fair was in town at the Esplanade des Quinconces and we were just a 2-3 minute walk to the main tourist area. About the same to the Jardin Public. 5-10 minutes to Chartron, a couple minutes to 3 of the 4 tram lines and another minute to the river quai. The coded building entry and the unit lockbox (same code) meant we didn't have to carry keys every time we went out. We had a couple small maintenance issues that were both solved very promptly. Our main contact Lucie, was very responsive to our messages. Our departure flight wasn't until 16:00 and since the unit wasn't rented that night, they allowed us to stay in the apartment until 14:00.

Très bonne prestation: endroit central à bordeaux, idéal pour deux couples, au calme, grand, propre et tout équipé. On change/couvre ce canapé vieillot et on permet aux lampes de chevet de s’allumer indépendamment des plafonniers dans les chambres et on est tout bon! Merci! On reviendra!

Central location in beautiful Bordeaux

The apartment was elegant, clean, well equipped and comfortable. For a city centre stay it was pretty quiet; there was some noise from the trams on the road outside, however these stopped at midnight. Nearby are lots of shops, galleries and restaurants so it’s easy to explore beautiful Bordeaux on foot. We would recommend this apartment.
