Large deluxe suite, historic center 1st

A beautiful 45-square-meter suite decorated by the artist with original works of art, featuring a bedroom with an en suite bathroom (160-cm double bed), a living room (140-cm sofa bed), and a private kitchen in a historic building located in the historic, pedestrian-friendly center of Bordeaux. The building is the home of the host, a painter who works and exhibits his art on the first floor. The studio is located on the first floor (no elevator). The neighborhood is very lively and bustling, with many restaurants and outdoor seating areas. The suite consists of a beautiful bedroom overlooking the courtyard with an en suite bathroom (sink and shower) and a queen-size bed, a private toilet, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen facing the street and a double sofa bed. Guests have access to the artist’s studio on the first floor. You’re welcome to enjoy a hot drink there and say hello to the artist’s two Maine Coon cats. Please contact us by phone (call or text) directly, as we live in the same building on the top floor. Additionally, the artist is regularly present in his studio on the first floor facing the street. This is a very touristy, lively, and pedestrian-only neighborhood. There are many restaurants on the street and in St. Pierre Square.
