Le 22 This is a spacious apartment convenient for Bordeaux by foot and tram. It was reasonably quiet for being in the centre of town. There are some great restaurants nearby. The apartment is a bit tired and the configuration is a bit strange with indoor windows upstairs. The lighting isn't good and so was a bit gloomy when no sunlight.

Le 22 Logement spacieux et confortable, idéalement situé pour découvrir Bordeaux. Parking gratuit à 5 minutes du logement et sur une ligne de tram directe. Boulangerie, Magasin de quartier aux heures d'ouverture très larges, restaurants. Les photos correspondent parfaitement au bien mais ne permettent pas de se rendre compte du manque d'entretien de certaines choses. Interrupteurs qui se déboitent, qui fonctionnent mal, le congélateur du frigo américain plein de givre autour du distributeur de glaçons qui rend l'ouverture difficile. Des petites choses désagréables en vacances. De plus la proprété n'était pas au RDV lors de notre arrivée. Taches sur le sol de la cuisine, traces de serpillère énormes toiles d'araignée au-dessus du lit de la chambre principale, fenêtre de la chambre très sales sur la partie haute, déchets dans le lave-vaisselle et odeur d'égoût, poubelle qui ne ferme plus,... Dommage car selon moi, un peu plus d'entretien et de suivi des prestations, c'est l'endroit idéal !

Le 22 El apartamento está muy bien situado en una zona agradable y bonita cerca del centro. Las fotos coinciden bastante con la realidad, aunque la habitación individual era algo mas pequeña de lo esperado. Estaba limpio, tenía mucho menaje de cocina y un salón amplio que nos permitía estar reunidos todos juntos. Muy agradables tanto las sábanas como las toallas. El único detalle a mejorar sería la separación del baño con la habitación de la planta baja, sería bueno tener una puerta corredera para que cualquiera se pueda duchar sin molestar a quienes estén durmiendo en esa habitación

Man sieht, dass es kein Erstbezug ist und es überall Abnutzungserscheinungen gibt, aber die Atmosphäre der gesamten Wohnung entschädigt das vollkommen. 🙁 An richtig heißen Tagen, kann es sehr warm werden."

Petit moins : l’accès à l’appartement se fait par un escalier assez raide et l’odeur des poubelles dans le passage pour sortir dans la rue n’est pas très agréable.
