A newly refurbished 3 bedroom maisonette property perfectly situated for a range of activities.

Whether you are working in the local area, attending a local wedding, enjoying a golfing weekend with friends or visiting nearby events and attractions, this lovely clean maisonette will be the perfect home from home.

Situated above a parade of shops, including a newsagent and chinese takeaway, and a stone's throw from a pub/restaurant this property caters for a range of needs.
Just 5 minutes from the A325, and 10 from the A3, it is easily accessible for a range of activities.

A small village close to the local ex-army town of Bordon, Lindford is close to, yet removed from, the hustle and bustle. With lots of green areas nearby, perfect for walks and bike rides, you are sure to be able to find something you enjoy nearby.

The property benefits from one parking space although there are several on-street parking options close by.

There is a bus stop just outside the property which can connect you to Liphook (a 10 minute drive) from where you can get to London Waterloo in around an hour.

Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances !

L'appartement est très bien équipé, sauf une cafetière ;-) . Il est bien situé pour faire des visites et des balades, avec un bon Pub a deux minutes et un supermarché en dessous. Malgré la route a coté on était au calme ! L'entrée n'est pas très charmante, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Le propriétaire était disponible même le 25. décembre pour un petit problème de chauffage ! Merci beaucoup !!

Very impressed!!!

My experience with this property and it's owner was fantastic. I've been doing business in this area for years. I've stayed at numerous hotels in the area. This apartment was very clean when we arrived. As the pictures show everything appeared new. We purchased food from the convenience store around the corner. The store had a post office in it as well. We walked around the neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again!!
