「Overall, the hotel provides you a clean room and the facilities you need. It is close to the bus stop and you can take the airport bus easily. And a 20-25 minutes walk from the Central Station. My room is located on 2/F, very noisy if you open the window so I can only close it. One suggestion, if the hotel can provide free bottle water is more convenient, as most of the Italian hotels do not have electric hotpot provided in the room, there is no water to drink is rather inconvenient. 」

「Vilken oas vi hittade mitt i Catanias bullriga gator. Inte nog med en fin innergård som förde oss långt från en storstad, var rummen väldigt fräscha, och framförallt rena. ( sällan man hittar så här rent ställe). All personal var genuint vänliga och hjälpsamma.」

My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was quick, convenient, and tasty. The outdoor seating area was lovely. I can’t say enough good things about the property. 」

「English: I met most of the staff during my stay, but it was Roberta and Martina who went above and beyond! They called taxis for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and made our stay incredibly relaxing. They always took the time to make a personal connection with us. What a great representation of the beautiful people of Sicily! I highly recommend Smart Hotel.
