“The room was not clean and the staff was not rest Respect”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!”

“Newer hotel. Relatively well cared for, but sparse. Catered to baseballs families’ takeover of hotel, including cluttering lobby, pool, and lawn with coolers while getting drunk. Breakfast was picked over with long lines for a pancake maker that couldn’t keep up. Added $5 for parking was just a stick in the eye for a hotel on the edge of a field. ”

“Food was ok. The room was dirty the hot tub in room 302 does not work. I have rented rooms a couple times bad every time. There is no matnence person so dont believe them when they say they are sending one to you. ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.”

“We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. ”

“Biggest issue I had was an almost total lack of the ability to speak English by the person at the front desk at night. I made a reservation for two rooms. It asked for the other travelers’s name for the second room when I made the booking. The gentleman checking me in, could not find the other reservation. He took a screenshot of his computer to show me and on the screenshot was the name of the person that the room was under. He could not grasp that this person was there under my……
