「Very welcoming host and great communication.Well equipt, lovely cottage. All 6 of us slept extremely well, beds were very comfortable!The cottage is in an excellent location, 2 minute walk to a local Sainsburys and 10 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, sea front - lots to do.Would definitely revisit!」

「The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore. There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. 」

Felt like a home rather than a bland hotel.My daughter is at uni in Lincoln for 3 years so I suspect we'll be staying here a lot more.」

「We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch.」
