    Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.

    **Additional Information

    We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.

    1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
    - Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.

    2. Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.

    3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.

    4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
    - Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
    - Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.

    5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.

    6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

    Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Very nice apartment on mattapan quincy line. Quiet with off street parking. A hidden gem.

House was clean and decorated very well. Kitchen could use many more utensils for cooking. The listing came up as a house however it was a second floor apartment in a house which we discovered later in small print. We had our grandkids and kids with us and prior to booking had informed the Host as such. The first floor tenant who was up until 2 am partying the night before complained relentlessly about my grandkids who are normal active kids. The tenant below even had a barking dog. We never complained based on it was apartment style accommodations however the tenant below did not hold back and we were being contacted in "Non-quiet time" hours to be QUIET! Had we realized it was an apartment we never would have booked.In my view this is not a "Kid Friendly" destination unless your children are aspiring Mimes.

Modern, Clean, and Lots of Space

The space looks like it was just renovated. It was clean and had new appliances. The bed rooms all have one bed and a bunk bed. You could really cram a lot of guess in the house. The living space is large with a sectional sofa that can fit 6-8, a kitchen table with room for 6. The parking spots in back are pretty tight, but there was plenty of street parking out front. If you have a bigger vehicle, I'd park out front.

It's hard to leave 4 stars overall because I've never had a bad experience with VRBO. We did have some issue with a pillow that smelled off and damp towels. The owner responded quickly and was able to get us clean sheets/towels. There was a weird issue with the washer/dryer but we figured it out (it has a childlock). We needed the 3rd room which is locked and when we were rushing to get settled before dinner, I had tk ask for the code. Maybe ask for the code ahead of time if you need the 3rd room. The space met our needs. Its the second of 3 floors... and we heard the people upstairs walking (running) and then partying one night. I messaged the host and she reached out to them. As far as the kitchen goes, we only ate breakfast there so they had everything we needed for that.

The owner is very responsive to any questions you may have, normally in just a few minutes, sometimes even quicker. The rooms we have were very clean and modern. She provided us with almost everything you can think of. You just feel at home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a lower queen bed and an upper full bed and with a bathroom built in. The other bedroom has the same number of beds but no bathroom. But there’s bathroom outside the bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and clean. There are small tvs in all the bedrooms. A big tv in the living room. The other thing that needs mentioning is that the owner uses the electric locks. On the day you check in, she’ll send you the code. Anyway, we totally enjoy our stay here. I think you will, too.

What a lovely accommodation! It was very roomy and well laid out. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Location was a little further from our primary goal of baseball, but the boys had a great experience. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
