    You’ll be within walking distance of the scenic Charles River Esplanade, Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), making this an ideal stay whether you're here for a hospital visit, a business trip, or to experience the rich history and very vibrant energy of Boston.

    With easy access to bus and train lines, exploring all of Boston’s top neighborhoods and cultural landmarks is convenient and effortless!

    The studio is designed with a cozy, functional space. You'll enjoy a queen-sized bed with fresh linens, a comfortable seating area with a large smart TV, and windows that fill the apartment with natural light.

    For remote work, there’s a dedicated work-from-home setup desk + chair with fast Wi-Fi, perfect for staying productive while traveling.

    The private en suite bathroom features a full shower and tub, plush towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries for your comfort.

    Fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, along with a dining area, ideal for cooking meals or enjoying takeout from the many nearby restaurants on Charles Street.

    There's also a Keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods for you!

    You’ll have full, private access to the entire studio apartment, which is professionally cleaned before each stay. This is a self-check-in apartment, so you’ll have complete privacy and flexibility throughout your stay. While we won’t meet you in person, we’re always just a message away. Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental.

Great location in Beacon Hill. Price quite high though for what is really just a bed-sit. Clean and well equipped but uncomfortable, AC too loud to use and shower barely works. Host gave us incorrect access code leaving my wife stuck outside with no support. Thankfully a neighbour managed to get her in, but not really good enough.

This studio is really well located! But, the apartment is a bit funky, such as the nearest outlet for AC unit runs across the entry to the bathroom. They have done some nice upgrades (loved the soft LR rug, effective kitchen layout). They advertise for in-bldg laundry, which is technically true, but down in a basement area that was awkward to reach. The owners have a manual for the apartment, but it is accessed through VRBO site and not convenient. It would be most helpful if they provided a hard copy in the apartment.

Great location in historic neighborhood. Was informed at check-in of small leak in bathroom ceiling from unit above. Plumber had been there and removed part of ceiling to inspect. Cleanup was less than good for renters coming in. Small leak got big when tenant above used tub/shower. Make sure leak is repaired before staying here. We didn’t feel the management company taking care of booking responded well as the situation got worse, they need to do better. Other than that, this unit was perfect for us.

Location is great to just walk out and go explore. Definitely has that studio feel. It was difficult to maintain water in the shower because of the claw foot tub and the shower curtains didn’t fully reach around. We arrived when it was in the 40’s at night. The radiator eventually turned on but took most of the day for it to kick on and once it did, it did not maintained the heat and it is impossible to regulate temp. We ended up leaving a day early because it was too cold. Comms w host were very delayed.
