Perfect North End Studio

Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~450sqft studio unit is in a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bed is queen size along with a dresser and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Walk up building - no elevator.

Perfect Getaway

We chose this property for a two day visit to Boston. The neighborhood is historic and vibrant with lots to explore. This studio apartment was spotlessly clean, charmingly decorated and very comfortable. It is everything we expected and needed it to be.

One week stay was fabulous. Easy walk to historic sites, restaurants, bars, Zip cars and public transport. The apartment had everything we needed. Was small, but perfect for 2. You must be able to climb fairly steep stairs. Very clean with updated everything. Will stay again on next trip.

This is a wonderful property in the North End. We comfortably slept 3 of us in the unit with plenty of closet space and dresser space. We had all of the kitchen utensils and accessories that we needed. Location was perfect as all the restaurants on Salem and Hanover were only a few minute walk. I would recommend to anyone!

Living in the North End

Hi stayed here for 10 days while working on business development and visiting friends. It felt like my old days when I lived in the North End. The stairs are narrow and winding to the 3rd floor so beware depending on luggage. This was quite large for a studio and was nice that the kitchen was a separate room with a door.

Amazing Property in a PERFECT Location

The host, Jay, really set us up for success with this one! The property itself was spotless, it had everything we needed, the AC was cold, and the house was stocked with all of the essentials. The property is in the heart of the North End, which is where we spend most of our time when we visit Boston. Everything you need is within walking distance. Jay was very communicative leading up to our trip with passcodes for wifi and condo entry. Jay also responded very quickly when I reached out with a question during our stay. I highly highly highly recommend this host and cannot wait to come back and visit again! A+ experience overall.

Convenient and comfortable

This apartment was perfect for my needs, with a separate kitchen and comfortable bed. The North End is a charming neighborhood with LOTS of restaurants plus bakeries and wine shops. Almost too many restaurants - it was difficult to decide which to go to. Table Mercato across the street makes delicious sandwiches big enough for two people. If you're a tourist, the apartment is close to many historic locations. It was a 10 minute walk (15 for most people) to TD Center. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Aquarium Station of the Blue Line, making it an inexpensive way to get to and from the airport.Two small cautions - the stairway is winding and narrow, which could be difficult for some people to maneuver their luggage; sounds from outside are easily heard - not a problem at all for me, but some people are more sensitive to such.Jay was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

This property is in a great location in the north end of Boston. It is close to most attractions and many restaurants (mostly Italian.) The apartment itself is very small with tall steep stairs you have to navigate to the third floor. The listing indicated that three people would be able to stay, but there is only the one queen bed and a blow up mattress for the other. The bedroom with the blow up mattress would leave very little walking room. There is a separate kitchen area that you could put the mattress in if you wanted. The couch in the bedroom area is only loveseat sized and would only be appropriate for a small child to sleep on. Despite small quarters, the apartment is clean, modernly decorated, and in such a convenient location to so many things that it is definately worth the stay!
