「Stayed one night in River view room. Furnishings are somewhat dated but definitely adequate for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. À la carte food was great ; didn’t try the buffet. Reception staff were very helpful and followed up on local transfer details for us. Shuttle to and from airport was also very handy. Would stay again if passing through Maun.」

「The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen).
