“Super hôtel”

“Clean room although very bare. Only a bed & a couple of prayer mats. No where to hang clothes. It was quiet but had no ambience. Staff seemed friendly & helpful but difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Breakfast was hit & miss depending on what time you went. No drinks facilities - even for water after breakfast.”

“Unfortunately, my room was not particularly clean, I had to keep my footwear on in the room, I also had mould around my bath tub! Staff were not very well organised! They wanted to search your bags every time you entered the hotel as food & drinks (including snacks & bottled water were not allowed in). We did not use the Spa facilities! Breakfast was also a massive disappointment. Food was very limited and not replenished, plates & cups were not readily available, coffee machine wasn’t working……

“Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or……

“Très bon hôtel, le tout inclus est très bien avec tout les cocktails et boissons de très bonnes qualités, la restauration est correcte,seul problème c'est les transats occupés par des vacanciers des le matin sinon c'est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances, plage immense. Animation en Anglais essentiellement”

“That is my hotel in Agadir. In this visit , the air-conditioner didn't work properly. I had to wait until the morning for room change. Over all they do their best to accommodate”

“Old but very well maintained hotel with beautiful architecture that represents the marocan culture vey well (Colors, shapes, arts) We enjoyed the local restaurants bars inside the hotel Staff were very nice and welcoming The pool the beach the area made our stay amazing”

“The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! I would recommend this authentic experience, its a very short drive to the beach and main points (and in any case getting around in Agadir is best by car).”
