「Awful stay. Had read great reviews about cleanliness and what a pleasant stay. The place isn’t clean the access is complicated and changes continuously. I had to change rooms daily meaning I had to pack my case every morning. One night I was told I had to sleep on the sofa and I wasn’t even provided with a cover. Ended up having to book a hotel last minute just to get some sleep. I highly recommend you avoid this place. 」

「Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.」

「We were given an upgraded room at check-in, and asked to pay a £10 charge for an extra cleaning charge for our dog. I was expecting this charge as Expedia don't give an option for paying for it when booking online. We dropped our bags in room and went out for a walk, on return we had a drink in the bar and went into restaurant for our evening meal which we both found uninspiring, especially the desserts. Returning to room I went to make 」
