“This was the most amazing property! So lovely to have family time over our winter break, but there was enough room for us all to spread out! Quick drive into Estes. The hosts have thought of everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! It was wonderful to prepare homemade meals for my family on vacation. Bathrooms were spotless. Beds comfortable! Our dog had the best time and this was such a better option than boarding him! The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind when letting him……

“The Broadmeadow was AMAZING. Views to die for. The hikes around the property was perfect. We also had some wildlife visitors. Comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Spent the week with our 2 college age daughters for Spring Break. Will definitely rent again. ”

“Such a special cabin!! This time capsule is an incredible spot for visiting RMNP, Wild Basin , Meeker Park and Allenspark. The additional covered patio is a slice of heaven overlooking an aspen meadow that attracts deer. We were a little concerned about being close to the road but it was not a detractor at all. This is a sweet place with so many original personal touches. Love that both rooms have king sized beds with extra pillows. The kitchen is very well stocked!”

“Welcoming to pets. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. House laundry was still in dryer from prior guests. Patio and hot tub area unclean and and unkept.House was well appointed.”

“We had a wonderful time in Nederland. The house featured a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace. A local highlight was the Indian/Nepalese restaurant; the authentic dishes and chai tea are a must-try. Communication with Wendy was seamless; she even went out of her way to meet us in downtown Boulder to return a shirt we’d left behind at the cabin.”

“Our stay at the mountain cabin was wonderful. Our host was very helpful and took my daughters and grandchildren on a hike our second day there. They were so happy to have a knowledgeable guide to go with them. The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with spices and condiments. We would rate the cabin and host a 10 and would love to return again next year. Thank you to our host for making this a memorable week for me and my family. ”

“We had such a wonderful family Christmas holiday at this beautiful log house! The house is amazing—very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the land, the hot tub, the large TV and game room, the cozy fireplace room, and opening gifts next to the beautiful Christmas tree. It truly was a magical time for our family! The host was very accommodating and friendly. ”
