"This property is in an amazing, off the beaten path location in Estes Park, but only a ~10 minute drive from downtown. The location as serene and quiet and the property was immaculately clean and the house was endlessly interesting to explore! The theater room was also extremely comfortable and the sound system was incredible to watch movies on. I would absolutely stay at this property again."

";Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin."

"We had a diverse group of family and friends joining us to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. They came from as far away as Scotland. There was plenty of rom to spread out and wonderful bathrooms to share. The recreation area complete with shuffleboard and ping pong was enjoyed by all. We especially liked breakfast on the front patio. The views were spectacular. We hope to return some day!"

"We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability."

"The cabin is a very nice modern looking cabin but still has that cozy cabin feel. There is ample space for the entire family. Loved that it was close to city facilities while still feeling like you’re out in the wilderness! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay in the Rockies, we recommend this cabin! Also, the property managers/ contacts are very nice and helpful, they honestly made this stay that much better. Thanks again, we hope to stay here later in the future."

"This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back...

"We had a blast staying at Peaceful Valley Ranch! We loved exploring the area and learning about the history of the Stage Coach hub. Hiking, both before and after the 12" of snow fell, was absolutely beautiful. Everyone at the ranch was so accommodating and friendly and we had the perfect Thanksgiving."

"Boulderhaus is a great spot, easily accessible from downtown Boulder. We have been traveling to Boulder a lot over the last four years and this is the first time we have stayed outside of the city proper. We had originally rented for Thanksgiving weekend last year but my husband needed emergency surgery, forcing us to cancel our stay just days before our rental began.
