"the hot tub was great, sauna temps underwhelmingly low, parking was easy. Nice social space. The room was clean and the overall amenities were sufficient for our one night stay. One complaint: There was an intrusion of privacy due to a mistake in their system, we tried reaching out to the manager for 5 days but there was very poor communication and she never responded back to calls or email. I ended up getting a bit of money back for the incident when I checked my bills; however, a response back or apology to show accountability would have been appreciated."
