「This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.」

「We happened to get lucky and have someone there when we came to check in but we saw many people waiting for a LONG time for someone to check them in and there being no one behind the desk for hours. Both in the evening and morning. Check the google maps reviews for this place for many reviews about this. The rooms were dirty. Dirtiest carpet I've ever seen in a hotel room. There was a sticky stain from a spilled drink on my nightstand no one has cleaned up. The bathroom was missing the toilet...
