「Patty and Tiffany are amazing. We had travel issues with two kids and they went out of their way to fix things. Made a hard time easier. The location of the place is great. Across from an awesome creek. Charming little motel.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Pillows are terrible and I hated the mattress. It’s an old spring style that moves around when your partner moves. The shower supplies were empty and there weren’t any tissues in the room. The temp was comfortable and the view was pretty. Overall, we had a great time.」

「Our room was clean and had been remodeled but the other rooms the kids stayed in had not. They were ok. They were clean and the view was awesome. We enjoyed the location very much.」

「We stayed here one night on our way up to Estes park. I loved the location a bit out of the city by a stream. We used the pool and hot tub. We walked on a path nearby that was lovely. The room was clean and well maintained.」

「We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On our last day the area got a ton of snow and a staff member was going around clearing all the vehicles in the lot. Could not have asked for a better experience.」

「Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...
