Staff was very friendly and provided great suggestions of places to eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! Our room was very clean and cozy, enjoyed the hot tub and local restaurants. Very pleased with our experience here! The only “problem” was the WiFi. Other than that I have no complaints! We will definitely be back!

Room was great, everything worked perfectly, nice location. Choose room 13. Best room IMO. The staff had great customer service. -Hot tub is for the one Executive Suite which booked before I had a chance to get it, but was unclear about the hot tub being for exclusive use only. The sauna is available for guests though. The lady in the office was very kind and went above and beyond for breakfast and with service. Will book again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Foot of the Mountain was a quaint motel that was a wonderful basecamp to visit Boulder. We visited for a recent football game, and the motel was only a 10 minute car ride from campus. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure that we were enjoying our stay. The quick hike up into Boulder Creek Path was scenic and simple, but filled with great interior views of the foothills.

I liked how close it was to the mountains and Boulder Creek, without being too far away from tourist destinations like Pearl St and the University. Plus, the sauna company behind the motel is very convenient.

This is a really nice place to stay. The room was beautiful and checkin was easy. Nice walking trails and the creek is a 2 minute walk from the motel. Breakfast was very nice too. I would love to come and stay here again!

Jana, at the front desk, was very welcoming and personable when checking in. She told me about the complimentary sauna and cold plunge by Ember and Ice that is on the property. The experience was fabulous! Everything in the room was clean except for the sheets. They didn’t seem fresh, so I asked for a new set and received them immediately. This is the second time I have stayed here and I love this little motel and location. The views are gorgeous and you can’t beat the park, creek and mountains just feet away! Everyone was really nice throughout my stay.

This is a rustic motel and by that standard it’s an excellent one. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near a park and walking trails. Great value. Would stay here again.
