We had such a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions, restaurants and activities, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was fantastic thoughtful and made the whole process seamless. We especially loved the cozy feel, the view was amazing, and the walking path. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the Rustic Acre very much. Very clean, very comfortable and great location. The onsite property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommend the Rustic Acre.

Great mountain weekend vacation spot

We had an amazing stay here this past weekend. Very nice to come back from a day of hiking and milling about the town to our mountain loft with great views of the city and nature. The Loft has a great view of the Stanley hotel which is where they filmed the shining!

The accommodation was perfect in every way, from decor, to comfort, view, and location. We loved being so close to downtown and the lake, but also felt tucked away for evening relaxation. We can’t wait to return!

Great Estes Getaway

We loved our short, but lovely stay. The design of the property and the decorations were delightful. The jetted tub is a nice perk and we came home rested and rejuvinated!

Cozy couple stay!

My boyfriend and I spent two days here and we wish we could spend more! Super clean, the property manager was super kind, and it truly has everything you would need! A great spot and pet friendly!

Perfect Location and Very Cozy Cabin

We loved the cabin and would not hesitate to stay here again. We really appreciated the attention to detail by the owner. The espresso machine was a fantastic touch, too! Enjoying a quality cup of coffee and the Mountain View on the deck in the morning was my favorite!!

Very Nice Place & Convenient Location

We loved staying at this property and the location was convenient to everything in town. The unit was very nice and had an upscale feel with the granite countertops, gas range, and jetted tub. The property manager was responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the Experience at Rustic Acres!

Brandon, Elizabeth and William made our visit to Rustic Acres a wonderful experience! We loved the "Tree House" lodge with it's great views and luxury accommodations! We will most definitely try and book there again on our next trip to Estes Park. Thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful views!

This place was amazing in every way. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The place was spotless (and we are extremely picky) and felt brand new. The finishes throughout really showed how much time and love was put into Deer Mountain. The property manager answered any question I had immediately. Perfect location to downtown Estes and to the park. We will be staying here again. Don’t hesitate, just book it! Thank you for making our stay in beautiful Estes Park feel like home. Anniversary Weekend in Estes Park

We had an awesome anniversary weekend in Estes Park staying at the Deer Mountain Loft at the Rustic Acre! We were pleasantly surprised because the condo was even nicer than portrayed in the online pictures. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable, towels fluffy, and we were so appreciative at being able to bring our dog. Waking up to the sound of elk bulging was really special. We would definitely recommend this property.

Estes Park VRBO

Ideally suited for a couple. Interior was clean with amenities for comfortable stay. The owner's guide book was very helpful. Location was very close to the Visitors' Center, which was the hub (shuttle buses) of our activities. We would definitely choose it again.
