“Amazing!!”

“We stayed for 5 nights and loved the centralLocation. The host was very communicative and the space had everything we needed!”

“This place in the mountains was beyond perfect, it very much exceeded my expectations. Views were gorgeous, it was clean, comfortable beds, spacious, quiet, never ending hot water, and Matt was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We enjoyed every minute of our trip.”

“Wood burning fire place was nice Water pressure in bathroom sink poor.”

“This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!”

“This condo is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in! The unit is well designed & tastefully appointed! The attention to detail & quality of textiles & products is exceptional. The location to the fun town of Golden, Red Rocks & Denver makes it so convenient. Most impressive was the attentiveness of Jay the owner. His communication regarding things to do & restaurants were super helpful! We hope to come back!”

“Property is a little old but well kept.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.”

“The sofa is outrageous. It’s so old and used that when you sit on it you basically fall forward. And the shower curtain has mold on it. Far too expensive for those being the case.”

“Our checkin process was a nightmare as the directions to even find the condo were not clear. There were no pictures or specific simple directions to follow. Then when we woke up the first morning, there was construction noise above us. The positive points were:The unit was very clean, orderly, and decorated well. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet after the first night. The book about the details of the condo and surrounding area was very helpful.”

“Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.”

“One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quite lovely accommodations. Especially enjoyed spa area. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Loved hearing the elk bugle outside the windows. Highly recommend and will stay again.”

“I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there,……

“The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.”

“This was the perfect little spot for my husband and I to stay for the night. The creek was very peaceful, and the furniture comfortable. We had all amenities we needed.”

“Absolutely perfect! It was one of the best places we have stayed! The location was perfect and our host was amazing. We enjoyed the loft and everything it had to offer! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Estes Park!”
