「Most of the hotel services are fine, except waiting long for check in information after paying the deposit (for more than 2 hours). In addition, hope can have more frequent room services.」

「Great clean place and quiet neighborhood. Excellent accomodations and great space. Would definitely stay again!」

「We stayed one Saturday night at the Winter Park Chateau, and honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised! From the moment we arrived, the host was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. The place has such a cool, laid-back vibe while still feeling cozy, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I loved that we could access our room from both the outside and inside, and the cute little porch was such a nice bonus for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The...

The AC worked great in the bedroom and the main area. The area is very quiet, especially since it overlooks the back alley, where there is very little traffic. You can hear the other...

「Everything was as described, clean and neat! 」

「I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. The...

「NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud.」
